The Friends of the Jamestown Philomenian Library will present an Evening with the University of Rhode island’s innovative literary journal, The Ocean State Review on Wednesday evening, March 10, at 6 PM. The program will feature a brief panel discussion about the journal’s past, present and future, followed by readings from this year’s outstanding issue.
