The train kept a-rollin’. Big wheel keep on turning. Time marches on! Seize the day and don’t let it get away. Roll on Columbia and God Save the Kinks!
I’m a little excited, no, a lot. So giddy I could continue to string together loosely related song lyrics for another paragraph or two, but your time is precious. Shouldn’t waste it. It’s money. And there is no time like the present to announce that The Book of Norman, my new collection of short stories, is available for sale now on this platform. Go to this page to find out more: https://wcresser.com/
Of course, in Rhode island, you can find the book at Curiosity Store in Jamestown, Charter Books in Newport, Wakefield Books in the Wakefield Mall, and Books on the Square in Wayland Square, Providence. These are all wonderful, independent bookstores.
If you’re intrigued and an online shopper, the book is available in three editions: hardcover, paperback, and eBook on Amazon, Barnes and Noble and Lulu, and as an eBook on Kobo.
Regarding The Book of Norman, fellow author Annaliese Bischoff (The Man Who Loved Trees), and I were to have a conversation about our new books and then some of them here this past Wednesday at Curiosity Store on my home island of Jamestown. Negating circumstances showed up before we did, so, we are talking about trying it again in early December.
I will keep you posted. In the meantime, as always, I encourage readers to check in. I’d love to hear from you, with questions or comments regarding The Book of Norman, Picture This: Film Music on the Radio, or my previous collection, Here Comes Herodotus, Again! (and other microhistories), and of course, anything else you want to talk about.
Also, consider contributing to the cause if you like the content.
